Creative Critical Question 3

Hi, my name is Amanda Sardinas. My candidate number is 0881. My production skills developed a significant amount through out this project. For I learned how to cast and was fortunate enough to have a drams troupe in my school so it was easy to find teenagers that were inapt with their feelings and how to distribute emotion. Casting characters was fun and it was a unique experience. How to write a script; that took a while for we really didn’t know how to and then we figured it out and we used the different formations and strategies to do it. Also, how to decide the tone and image for we wanted to crest like an 80’s vibe. We wanted to make sure it was like a very cheery and happy go lucky film. Rehearsals were a little tough considering that there were a lot of people that quit, which was a struggle l. And then creating costumes and makeup we tried to keep it simple by using regular swimsuit wear, but also having people wear very vibrant colors. Then, we also had a difficulty with sound, specifically ambient sounds for being outside the wind was crashing and the seagulls were shrieking and it was really difficult. Also, figuring out a location we wanted to make this film really unique and take advantage of where we live which is Miami, FL. We did it at the beach. Thank you.
