Variety of Visual Effects

In our movie, we wanted to make sure that the beginning appears like some sort of dream sequence. Our main character is fantasizing about being with his long time crush so a challenge we faced was trying to differentiate between his fantasy and his reality. We added some vignette effects around the corners to make it look mystical. In addition, we added a pink/ orange filter color on the footage to make it seem vibrant. This adds on the the 80s theme as well, which we tried to keep consistent throughout the movie. This was crucial because if not it would look like an ordinary film.
