Every Audience Matters

As a cohesive group we decided what audience to target for our movie based on the content of movies that match our genre. All beach party/romance movies are about young love, partying and living life to the fullest. Plots such as those tend to attract teens and young adults for they can relate and like to party. The research process was done by deciding to speak to the public. The public consisting of teens, and young adults was surveyed. We surveyed ten people around our school. There were five females and five males. We asked them questions about what kind of movies they liked and what genres they preferred. Our target age was 13 and up. We also asked what their favorite aspect of a movie is most important in their opinion. Everyone had different likes and views which was enjoyable to observe and survey.
